Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2025

This limited-edition Hibiki is crafted with rare whisky finished in sakura wood casks, imparting delicate floral notes of cherry blossom and osmanthus, complemented by the gentle sweetness of acacia honey and a refined, lingering essence reminiscent of sakura-mochi. 

Strawberry Kohakutou (Crystal Candy)

Paired with this exquisite whisky is handcrafted kohakutou, a traditional Japanese confection. Inspired by its crystal-like appearance, this Kanazawa confectioner has named it “edible jewels”. Not only visually beautiful, its crisp surface offers a contrast from the inside, making it a unique tasting experience.

The lingering sweetness of winter strawberries harmonizes beautifully with the subtle floral and honeyed layers of Hibiki, resulting in an elegant symphony of flavors.
